At Rock & Roll Denim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then print the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the package arrives at our warehouse.
